This wonderfully cosy cottage was created from what used to be the tractor shed! You will therefore enter through an arched doorway that was once big enough to take a tractor or two. The spacious hallway provides ample space for wellingtons, walking boots etc etc and even bikes if you would prefer to keep them with you and not in the secure bike storage on site.This is also a good space to wipe those muddy paws after their exciting walks in our 12 acres of grounds. The equally spacious inner hall leads to the Kitchen/Dining Room. This has the feel of a farmhouse kitchen and can seat 6 comfortably at the dining table. To make your holiday as easy as possible,here you will find a dishwasher,washing machine,ceramic hob and electric oven and a fridge freezer and extensive kitchen equipment within your Shaker style kitchen units.

The beamed romantic superking bedroom also has the arched windows that once allowed the tractor to enter.This bedroom can also be arranged as a twin bedroom and has space for a single sofa bed if you would prefer to sleep 3 children or single adults in here.In addition,there is a 4' sofa bed in the upstairs siting room.Beautiful linen and towels are provided and heating is included.

The triple aspect 1st floor sitting room takes full advantage of the glorious view and has the additional benefit of a small balcony with garden furniture immediately through an external door.This door was the original door to the Granary and has stone steps down to the parking area. Internally, the sitting room is spacious with ample seating for 5 adults and all designed with care and an eye for detail and in particular, with your comfort in mind.

The bathroom is also on the first floor with a separate power shower and the ability to have a candlelit bath if it takes your fancy.

Once outside the cottage, you have all the onsite facilities that Bryn Melyn Farm has to offer to include tennis court, private fishing, large games room/playroom with thable tennis,snooker,pool,table football and darts as well as the glorious communal garden with panoramic view of the Upper Dee Valley with garden furniture for your use and BBQ on request. There are also numerous activities in the immediate local area to include sailing, kayaking, canoeing, watersports, white water raftring, mountain biking, walking, paintballing and high ropes.In addition, you also have the wonderful facilities of the Snowdonia National Park on your doorstep!

Bryn Melyn also has an indoor games room in which you can play:
