We have a number of delightful cottages created from the original barns at Bryn Melyn Farm. They form a most attractive courtyard and have a stunning view of the Upper Dee Valley , either from their living areas, small balconies, or from the adjoining beautiful communal garden, where you can enjoy the glorious sunset over the mountains and the River Dee. You can also enjoy private fishing on our own ¾ mile stretch of the river, not to mention a private tennis court, a large playroom/games room, a woodland with picnic areas and pond and playing fields with goals.

These stylishly converted barn cottages have all been rated 5* by Visit Wales and are luxuriously appointed with your every requirement and need at the forefront of my mind.They feature some of the original beams, are generously equipped and luxuriously furnished to include Shaker style kitchens with dishwasher, washing machine and power shower in each cottage. These tranquil homes are deceptively spacious and offer generous accommodation for 2, 4, and 6 people respectively.  There is a drying room on site and secure bike storage and water hose for those muddy rides. The Farm has also been designated a good centre for walkers and cylcists alike by Visit Wales.

Wifi and Satellite TV is available and online shopping can be delivered to your cottage door.

Ideal either as a hideaway for a romantic couple or for your family holiday a short stroll from the communal garden there is a woodland with pond for your enjoyment. Benches overlook the pond and picnic tables are available should you wish to take a picnic in the woods. Below the cottages and communal garden,and out of sight should you not wish to participate, there is a field on which you can play football (goalposts provided) and other ball games. There is also of course, the tennis court for your pleasure. Other indoor games are available in the nearby playroom, such as snooker, pool, table football, table tennis and darts. For your information, where it states that the cottage sleeps 2/4, or 4/6, a sofa bed is involved for 2 of the residents at maximum occupancy.
